Hello,
We experienced a second occurrence of a power-related disruption affecting several devices hosted in our NYC production rack. The impacted equipment became unreachable due to an unexpected loss of power supply within the rack-level infrastructure.
While the exact origin of the power fluctuation couldn't be confirmed, the repeated pattern strongly indicates a potential fault within the PDU/ATS system.
Manual power recovery and local inspection of cabling and power cables were need to be taken.
To eliminate any hardware device uncertainty, the PDU and ATS in the affected rack will be replaced with new spare components.
