The M247 NOC team have received a number of alerts regarding Core services. These alerts have been triaged and major incident status has been triggered.
We are now in the process of performing initial diagnostics. Once these diagnostics have been completed, we will escalate through the necessary channels.

Following initial diagnostics, we have identified that an NNI connection with a third party is currently down, impacting Ethernet services.
Our M247 engineer has replaced the SFP and patch lead, but the issue still persists. An investigation with the data centre is ongoing to check the cross-connect between the third party and M247
