Spain - nationwide power issues - Critical Issue
Greetings,
As you are probably aware from media/news outlets, Spain is confronting with a nationwide power issue (along with neighboring states).
While our presence in Madrid and Barcelona was not affected initially, we are starting to feel the effects at the moment.
We are keeping close with the datacenters in order to have a clear image of the expected impact and development of the events.
Albeit we have no control over such events, our teams are engaged in monitoring the ongoing issue and take action accordingly as events unfold.

Hello,
The situation remains stable in Barcelona.
The datacenter staff has communicated that power load remains stable and they have at least 37hours remaining of fuel autonomy on generators. So far, everything remains stable and under monitoring.
In Madrid, a generator failed under load during the outage. It has been resolved in the meantime and the DC staff are working on restoring the minimal power to the facility so services can run at least at a minimum need.
Updates will follow as we receive them.

Our PoP in Barcelona remains unaffected.
However, our Madrid site is currently under a major outage.
We are in close contact with the datacenter, awaiting updates on power and service(s) restoration.
