Hello,
Certain devices from our NYC production rack became offline due to a temporary power outage. The incident was linked to an unexpected power disruption at the level of the power system connected via the ATS and PDU.
Following a technical investigation, it was determined that the power source was affected by an electrical instability event, leading to a loss of voltage to the affected equipment. Power was restored through manual intervention.
All the devices from this rack are stable and monitored by our team.
