The M247 NOC team have received a number of alerts regarding London Fibre services. These alerts have been triaged and major incident status has been triggered.
We are now in the process of performing initial diagnostics. Once these diagnostics have been completed, we will escalate through the necessary channels.

Following recent configuration changes made by M247 Infrastructure Engineers to address the issue, we are pleased to confirm that services have been fully restored. This resolution has been verified by multiple customers, as well as through customer traffic graphs, with no further issues observed.

Hello,
After performing initial diagnostics, we have determined that the issue is caused due to an upstream third-party transit service facing multiple issues.
We have now escalated this incident to our Infrastructure team who is actively investigating the issues ongoing.
We have also raised the fault with the third-party provider to investigate.
Please note, The issue is now observed to be Nationwide.
