Hello,
M247 would like to inform you of maintenance works in Milan, Italy, in the following time slot:
From: Tuesday, 12th of November 2024; 04:00 UTC
To: Tuesday, 12th of November 2024; 10:00 UTC
The works consist in commissioning a new backbone router which will replace the old one, also migration of links and services.
You will experience a maximum of 30 minutes downtime in the worst case scenario, under normal circumstances you will only see traffic rerouting as we move traffic towards the new router, we do not expect the downtime to be as long as the whole maintenance window, however services should be considered at risk for the whole period of the maintenance.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve the overall reliability and performance of the network.
