Connectivity issues to multiple customers - Issue resolved

Hello,

The M247 NOC team have received a number of alerts regarding intermittent issues on Core services. These alerts have been triaged and major incident status has been triggered. We are now in the process of performing initial diagnostics. Once these diagnostics have been completed, we will escalate through the necessary channels. Further updates will be provided via the communication thread.

Next update time: 03:30 or sooner.

Hi,

We have investigated the fault further and found that it was a continuation of an issue within our firewall platform.

We have implemented a temporary solution to restore connectivity while we continue working with the vendor on a permanent fix.

We will take appropriate action to resolve the issue permanently based on the findings of our investigation.
