Webex & device registration issues - Minor Issue

We are currently aware of issues affecting some customers who utilise our Webex & hosted services. Customer devices will not register.

We have spoken with our vendors, and they have advised there is a wider issue on an element on their network and this is being investigated as a top priority by their engineers.

We will keep you updated throughout.

Our third party system vendor and their network partner have identified a fibre break in the partner network, and remedial repairs have been carried out to restore service there.

We are seeing devices/Webex instances coming back online, and are currently monitoring this. If you are still affected, please advise via case, or call in to speak to an engineer.

The issue is ongoing, with multiple key engineers working towards a resolution.
