Hello,
M247 would like to inform you of maintenance works in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the following time slot:
From: Wednesday, 22 of November 2023; 22:00 UTC
To: Thursday, 23 of November 2023; 02:00 UTC
The works consist in commissioning a new backbone router which will replace the old one, and the migration of links and services.
You will experience a maximum of 30 minutes downtime in the worst case scenario, under normal circumstances you will only see traffic rerouting as we move traffic towards the new router, we do not expect the downtime to be as long as the whole maintenance window.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve the overall reliability and performance of the network.
