M247 will be performing software upgrades across our UK network.
From: Tuesday 04th April 2023 22:00 (local time)
To: Wednesday 05 April 2023 04:00 (local time)
These works are essential to ensure the continued stability of the network, and the continued upkeep and performance of your service. Our network vendor have advised of a potential bug, which we will be addressing with the application of newer images and service management updates.
Services are deemed as at risk during the time window specified, however only 15-30 minutes of downtime is anticipated whilst we apply the new software images. Dual homed resilient services are expected to experience no downtime.
