Dear Customer,
M247 would like to inform you of emergency at-risk maintenance works between the below time slots.
From: Tuesday 28th March 2023 at 10:00pm (local time)
To: Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 02:00am (local time)
In order to address a software issue with one of our network devices, we will be carrying out this emergency maintenance. We have moved traffic around the network, so that no customer traffic passes through the affected device. Due to this resilience we have in place, we are not expecting to see any customer service interruption during these works, however please be advised that the network is "at risk" during the above window.
These works are crucial to address the security and stability of the network, and to ensure the continued upkeep and performance of your service.
