Dear Customer,
M247 would like to inform you of at-risk network maintenance works between the below time slots.
From Monday 13th March 2023 at 10:00pm (local time)
To: Tuesday 14th March 2023 at 04:00am (local time)
These works are to allow us to upgrade one of our network platforms to the vendor recommended firmware release. For most users, traffic will not be noticeably disrupted as the platform is configured for high-availability (in a primary/secondary configuration). However, for a small minority of users, there will be some level of service disruption. Please be advised that the entire shared firewall platform will be "at risk" during the above maintenance window.
These works are crucial to address the security and stability of the network, and to ensure the continued upkeep and performance of your service.
