Firmware upgrade at M247 Shared Firewall Estate - 13/08/2020

Dear Customer,
As part of our patch management cycle, M247 will be upgrading the Firmware on our Shared Firewall Estate that you currently have an active service on between 20:00 - 22:00 on Thursday 13th August 2020.
This maintenance has no anticipated downtime and should be deemed as "At Risk" as services should seamlessly failover between the Master and Slave device. As part of the upgrade, we are moving your service from version 5.6.12 to 6.0.10. These works are also to enable some further capabilities for our portal that's launching soon and to also enable M247 to add further MSecure products.
In-line with best Security practices the minimum TLS version for interactions between the Fortigate and a "Client" has been changed from Version 1 to Version 1.2. M247 recommends that if you have LDAP integration with the Fortigate that you ensure your running TLS 1.2+ on your LDAP server, to prevent further issues post-upgrade.
These works are crucial to ensuring continued security upkeep and performance of your service. This status page will be kept updated during the works
Once the work has finished M247 recommends that internal checks are immediately conducted and in the event of a problem occurring our Support Department will be on-hand to assist.
