Dear Customer,
Please be advised that planned 3rd party maintenance in regards to Router upgrades for IPv6 peering (Stage 3 of 3) will happen on the 22/01/2020 at 22:00 hours
Affected product: VOIP - Hosted Telephony product
The maintenance itself has a 5 hour window and is part of works to update the platform providers network to be IPv6 compatible.
Risk: None, but services are deemed at risk for the duration of the works. As these links are natrurally reseilient traffic will be routed away for these works.
Rollback Plan: The platform provider will remove new router and re-install old router,Reconnect patch cables; Check services
