Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to Router upgrades for IPv6 peering will happen on the 10/12/19 at 22:00
Affected product: VOIP - Hosted Telephony
The maintenance itself has a 8 hour window and is part of works to upgrade the platform for IPv6 peering.
Risk: None, services are deemed at risk for the duration of the works, but there will be no impact to services during the maintenance.
Rollback Plan: Remove new router and re-install old router,Reconnect patch cables; Check services
