Please be advised that planned maintenance work will be conducted on the Horizon ACME Network SBCs (Session Border Controllers):
21st November 23:00 - 03:30 22nd November
28th November 23:00 - 03:30 29th November
The purpose of these planned works is to reboot the Horizon ACME Network SBCs as part of a routine monthly schedule.
Services Affected: Horizon Services only
Customer Impact: No impact to service is expected. Horizon services are deemed at risk during these planned works. This is mitigated by having gone through extensive testing and has been completed successfully on a monthly basis.
