Dear Customer,
Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to feature updates via a license addition will happen on the 18/10/2019 at 20:00 hours.
Affected product: Voice services
The maintenance itself has a 4 hour window and is part of works to update a feature license on the Voice SBC's
Risk: None, but services are deemed at risk during the works.
As this is a feature update and the SBC clusters are ran in a HA configuration, we will work on the standby first. Then to test we will flip the stateful role to test. Once completed the license will be added to the primary to test and the stateful role placed back.
Rollback Plan: Flip back to the primary SBC, revert the license on the standby to the existing license.
