Please be advised that emergency maintenance in regards to a security patch update will happen on the 5th October 2019 - 22:00 hours
Affected product: IP Cortex phone system - Multi-tenant VM1/VM2/VM3
The maintenance itself has a 1 hour window and is part of works to increase overall security on the box by keeping the new release patches upto date.
Risk: Low - services are deemed at risk and a short outage on the system will happen during this time.
Rollback Plan: N/A - this is a mandatory sercurity patch.
