Dear Customer,
Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to R21 upgrades to the UK Web Servers will happen on the 08/10/2019 at 22:00.
Affected product: Hosted Telephony product
The maintenance itself has a 4 hour window and is part of works to upgrade the UK Web Server Platform.
Risk: Low - Servers are in high availability cluster that allows maintenance to be performed on individual servers while traffic is being handled by redundant servers.
Rollback Plan: Rollback Servers to R20
