Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to preparing the web server for the R21 upgrade will happen on the 26/08/2019 at 22:00

The maintenance itself has a 5 hour window and is part of works to prepare the web server for the R21 upgrade.
Risk: No impact to service expected,however during the window there will be a minimal risk of brief disruption for:
API traffic
Call processing
There may also be slow Provisioning portal performance during the window.
Rollback Plan: Uninstall R21 preparation files.
