Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to 3rd party Akixi Maintenance will happen on the 22/07/2019 at 23:00
Affected product: Akixi Call reporting
The maintenance itself has a 15 minute window and is part of works to upgrade the Akixi platform
Risk: There will be a 5 minute outage within the 15 minute window as server connections are re-established; live call events will not be collected while server connections are down and the service may not be available for live and historic call reporting.
