Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to Scheduled Maintenance for Load Balancer will happen on the 25/07/2019 at 22:00
Affected product: Analytics,API Services,Device Management,Jazz Check In/out,Jazz Wake-up Calls,Provisioning Portals
The maintenance itself has a 3 window and is part of works to carry out housekeeping for the Load Balancers
Risk: During the window the load balancer's will fail over multiple times per hour as changes are applied. The impact to service will be multiple brief interruptions to all the above mentioned services.
Rollback Plan: By 00:00 Decsion will be made if changes need to be rolled back
