Dear Customer,
Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to a 3rd party data centre provider that hosts our platform providers services will happen on the 20/06/19 at 19:30
Affected product: Hosted Telephony Product (VOIP)
The maintenance itself has a 4 hour window and is part of works to add media servers to the pool to increase availability and performance.
Risk: No expected impact to service, however there is a low risk to call recording and media services such as audio prompts.
Rollback Plan: The vendor will confirm services are BAU at end of window and will closely monitor the following day for any signs of issues. Remove any newly added servers with an issue from the pool.
