Broadband Routing Upgrade

Dear Customer,
As part of ongoing network expansion and improvement plans M247 will be carrying out an upgrade of one of our core Broadband gateway devices.
Broadband services connected to this device will disconnect during the given timeframe, but will reconnect immedietly to a redundant Gateway device.
Services will be at risk throughout the window with customers potentially experiencing multiple connections drops throughout the scheduled timeframe.
Affected services:
Broadband, Both DSL & FTTC
