Dear Customer,
Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to Cisco Handset Firmware updates will happen on the 03/04/2019 at 22:00 on the Hosted telephony system.
The maintenance itself has a 1 hour window and is part of works to bring in line some features on the firmware, including the CP78xx Cisco device only.
Risk: No Impact expected, however on next device config collection (11pm - 6am) the change will apply to the phones. No re-boot expected.
