Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to DNS resilience will happen on the 27/03/2019 06:00am to 06:30am.
The area this affects is VOIP, on the hosted telephony service via M247.
The maintenance itself has a 30 minute window and is part of works to improve DNS resolving to the platform.
Risk: Low risk to API traffic but no effect to service expected.
Rollback plan: Revert to previous DNS config.
