Handset registration issues - Issue resolved

Dear Customer,

We have been made aware by our 3rd party VOIP provider that they are currently experiencing an outage in relation to the registration of handsets.

The carriers next update will be passed on by 14:00 hours today.

Dear Customer,

We have received an update that some devices are coming back online, but the issue is still ongoing with the carrier.

If you require a divert, please call into the team on: 01618222580 opt 1, opt 3 or email VOIP-Ticket@m247.com and we will get this raised with the carrier.

Dear Customer,

Further to the earlier update, the carrier has seen usual levels of Horizon traffic across their network and as of 13:30 pm services have been restored.

Monitoring of service will continue throughout the day.

Gamma Portal – Some users may continue to experience issues accessing the Gamma Portal however we expect full portal recovery within the next 30 minutes.

A further update will be published by 16:00 or sooner should more information become available.
