eHosting Services - Issue resolved

We are aware of an issue that is causing slowness to several eHosting services, along with our own control panel. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible, however unfortunately there is no ETA at this time.

Thank you for your continued patience. Our engineers are continuing their efforts to restore eHosting services to their full operating capacity.

Further performance issues have been resolved across the majority of the platform, and these improvements will continue until we confirm full resolution. However some services are temporarily disabled as we are seeing a large influx of traffic and we wish to keep the platform stable until we are able to activate all services again.
However please note we do anticipate there is still some way to go.

Further performance issues have been resolved across many parts of the platform, and these improvements will continue until we confirm full resolution. However please note we do anticipate there is still some way to go.

We have taken steps to bring online additional hardware and resource to take on the unanticipated workload. Once live we expect this will resolve the remaining performance issues, and also improve and upgrade the platform which all customers will automatically benefit from.

We are continuing to resolve the ongoing performance issues i.e slowness and we shall provide further updates where possible. Normal services have returned to our shared hosting server Charlie. Our engineers are still continue to work through all other affected services to ensure all slowness issues are corrected
