Outage affecting customers with TalkTalk tails - Notice
We are aware of an issue affecting one of our third party providers.
Customers with a TalkTalk tail will currently be experiencing intermittent connectivity.
We apologise for this issue and will update further as soon as possible.

TalkTalk have advised that the incident is still ongoing with engineers currently on site installing the replacement cabling. All Metronet (UK) services are currently operational. Further updates will be posted should there be any issues to Metronet (UK) services or in the morning with an update from TalkTalk.

All services are now restored. We are currently awaiting an update from TalkTalk as to the status of the overall fault. Details will be posted as available with an RFO posted on this status page when it is received.

TalkTalk engineers have located a fibre break 27km from Hanbury.
They are on site at the moment attempting to locate the exact break location.
We will further update before 7pm.
