Hello,
Following our troubleshooting, one of the access switch OS became overloaded, resulting in a loss of connectivity for the connected servers.
A physical reboot of the switch was performed with the assistance of the Data Center staff to restore service availability.
The switch is currently operating within normal parameters, at this moment.
A background investigation is ongoing to determine the root cause of the OS overload.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
