IP Cortex Call Quality/Call Failure Issues - Issue resolved
Some customers have reported call drops and poor quality on our IP Cortex telephony system.
Our infrastructure team has identified high latency across the platform and is currently investigating this as a priority.

Our Infrastructure now believes this issue to be resolved and encourages any affected customers to retest.
Our investigation discovered that the issue was caused by an uplink in the network maxing out. We were able to rate limit the offending hardware until the product can be moved across to a new circuit.
If you still believe your IP Cortex telephone system to be affected by this issue then please raise a case with the Voice team.
