We have received final confirmation from our technicians that the two fiber cuts have been resolved by the field engineers. You should no longer experience any traffic loss from the USA.

We are still chasing our local partner to solve the issues(multiple fibercut on New York area),but we do not have any ETA at this moment.
We we're able to reroute some backbone traffic and now connectivity inter US DCs should be better.Internet traffic is not affected.
