Partial degradation of service - Viena - Issue resolved

We are experiencing some issues in our PoP in Vienna.
Please note that this is a partial degradation and it will not affect all of M247's clients.
Some clients might encounter sporadic packet loss due to an issue with one of our core router's card.
Senior engineers have been engaged and our team is working on implementing a fix with utmost urgency.

The linecard has been replaced and the ICMP issue is not present anymore.

Hello,
After throughout investigation we've identified a line card which has some abnormal behavior and affect some of the traffic. At the moment only ping with certain payloads is affected, not other services are impacted.
A new line card has been shipped today, most likely on Monday will be replaced. We apologize for the inconveniences' created and will keep you updated!
