MCommunicate - Intermittent Call Quality Issues for Some Customers - Issue resolved

We have received reports from some of our customers that they are experiencing call audio issues/drops on both inbound and outbound calls.

Our phone system vendor for these customers is currently investigating and will update us shortly with their engineer's findings.

Update to follow at 16:00, unless news is provided sooner.

M247 has received word from our phone system vendor that this issue has now been rectified, following a change in their infrastructure. Calls should now be operating as expected with no further cases of instability or audio degradation.

Any customer who still believes these symptoms to be present is encouraged to raise a case to voip-ticket@m247.com for triage.

Our phone system vendor has advised us of a change made in their system backend that has increased stability. They continue to monitor the situation and will keep us appraised of further progress.
