Upon further investigations, our team concluded that during yesterday's event there was a major packet loss in our UAE Dubai PoP.
Between 14:10-14:15 UTC our network has been targeted by a DDoS attack.
While our RTBH protocol kicked in, manual intervention was required in order to mitigate the effects and restore connectivity to optimal status.
Our team has taken the necessary measures and services were restored in due time.
