Packet Loss & Latency Issues - Issue resolved
Hi,
We are aware of an issue that has been causing packet loss and latency issues for some of our customers.
Our team has identified the issue with an upstream transit provider, we have placed a fault with them and have been assured that it is being investigated.
In the meantime, our infrastructure team have rerouted traffic, which has temporarily resolved the issue.
Once the provider has resolved the issue, we shall look to bring them back into service in a non-disruptive window.

The upstream provider has confirmed that they have resolved their issue caused by faulty hardware at a data centre in the Manchester area.
After testing, our infrastructure team have now re-routed traffic over the link and we are observing 0% packet loss.
This issue has now been resolved.

We are continuing to chase the upstream provider as we are still observing packet loss over the troubled link.
Our diagnostics are showing no customer impact following the re-routing of traffic.
