Webex - call failures & issues logging in - Issue resolved

We are aware of an issue that is affecting our Voice customers who use Webex for their calls. Currently, this does appear to be the same experience from 30th September. The issues manifest as:
Unable to make / receive calls, with error message 'Phone Services Disconnected'.
Unable to log in / log back in.
This is a top priority, and we are working with our suppliers to identify the issue and resolve this as soon as possible. We will communicate all updates as they become available. Next update will be due 11AM. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced. Regards M247 Support
