Apologies once more for the delay in this update.
The root cause of these outages was power issues within a 3rd party data centre.
M247 are working closely with the data centre team to investigate the cause of these outages.
We have seen all services affected by this outage restored for ~7 hours, so we believe this issue to now be resolved.
