M247 engineers working with our infrastructure team have applied a fix to the affected device.
Services are now coming back online.

M247 engineers are now on site at the Fulham Exchange and began further investigations as to the root cause of the issue.
We will continue to update you as soon as we have further investigations around the root cause.

M247 engineers are en route to the Fulham Exchange with an ETA of 16:30 to continue on-site investigations as we are unable to diagnose the issue remotely.
Once the engineer has arrived to site and investigations are underway we will be able to confirm with more clarity what has caused services to lose connectivity and advise further around the next steps.
