Hi,

Due to this no longer being customer affecting , we are postponing the works works until at-least 11pm on the 5th April, We will continue to monitor the situation overnight but expect no further issues.

Hi,

We have applied a workaround to resolve the issue with packet loss, some customers were experiencing.

We will however still need to reboot the device at 11pm this evening to permanently resolve the issue.

An emergency maintenance will be raised as part of this incident.

Hi,

We are aware that some customers are still experiencing some packet loss, engineers are currently investigating.

We may need to reload the device which will cause customers a disruption for a small period of time (around 10 minutes).
