We are aware of connectivity issues in the Manchester area. Our engineers are currently raising access with the PoP site to carry out checks.

Hi,

Our engineers are still awaiting site access confirmation. However, It is highly unlikely we will receive the response today.

Our engineers are prepped to go to site and will travel as soon as authorisation is given.
